Description
This article will cover how to provision the MPexchange service through the portal.
Requirements
- Customer details
- Admin level reseller account in MPexchange Portal
- MPmail already setup - see How To Provision MPmail
The Process
- Log into MPexchange portal
- Click Create New Account
- Fill in the required details, please note that Account Name cannot have spaces in the name and must start with a letter
- Click Next
- Select Exchange 2016 plan
- Click Next
- Fill out the billing information
- Click Next
- Click Get Started to open the MPexchange portal for your new Customer
- To add the customers domain see How To Add A Domain
- To create a mailbox
- Click Mailboxes
- Click Create User
- Follow the prompts and create the mailbox.
