The Process
Workplace Desktop uses the Mac Accessibility permissions to support Smart Badge and automatic file locking functionality.
When Smart Badge is initialised, you'll be prompted to open System Preferences. Please click "Open Systems Preferences". In the "Security & Privacy" pane, click the padlock in the bottom left corner and enter your Mac username and password.
On the "Privacy" tab, select the "Accessibility" section and tick "Workplace Desktop" in order to take full advantage of the Workplace Desktop for Mac Smart Badge feature.
If you do not wish to provide this access, you can stop the prompt by disabling Smart Badge in the "About" tab of Workplace Desktop.
