This article will cover how you can remotely access your files on a computer with the Workplace Desktop Agent installed.
Requirements
- A Workplace customer
- Username/Password
- An Internet Connection and Internet Browser
- Workplace Desktop Agent installed and online on the computer you want to access
- Policy setup by Admin to allow Remote Access
The Process
To access files remotely:
- Log in to Workplace Online https://manage.workplace.datto.com/
- Go to Devices
- Click the computer you wish to access
- Click the Remote Access tab
