This article will cover how you can report a spam email through the MPmail Portal
Requirements
- A Partner admin level log in to the MPmail Portal
- The MPmail Customer you want to report spam for
- The details of the email to report as spam
The Process
- Log into your Partner admin level account
- Select the Customer's domain/address from the scope selector at the top right
- Use the filters to locate the email you wish to report
- Click the coloured arrow at the right of the email to open the expanded options
- Click Report as Spam
