Partners can have a single IUL team. Within that team, they can allocate 20 user licenses and 2 Server licenses free of charge.
Manage Protect reserves the right to discontinue or charge for IUL’s if there are no sales within 6 months.
Backup Functionality included in metered plans is equivalent to Datto File Protection.
Unlimited and Metered Plans include 6 months of versioning storage and file deletion retention.
A plan upgrade from metered to unlimited requires that backup is removed and that no desktops are installed on servers.
No downgrade ability from Unlimited Plans to Metered Plans.
A Fair use Policy does apply to Workplace Unlimited Plans. The fair use policy is calculated across all of your Workplace Teams, under your MSP Reseller Account. Fair use is calculated based on a user count average of 50GB per user license and / 100GB per server license.
