1. Partner sends through provisioning request to provisioning@manageprotect.com with the following information:

a) End User Tenancy Details:

b) Licenses and Qty Required: 

c) Term: 12 / 36 months

d) Date as to when the licenses are to be provisioned.
 

2. If annual licenses are replacing existing monthly subscriptions, please indicate that monthly licenses are to be removed.

3. Manage Protect will send a separate invoice for the licenses requested to your Accounts Contact. Once payment is received, licenses will be provisioned against the tenancy.
