Provisioning a new Customer under your own Dropsuite portal.
Requirements
Access to https://dropsuite-au.com/
The Process
How to add customers:
1. Login to: https://dropsuite-au.com/organizations -
2. Under Organisations > Add New Organisation
3. Fill in the details
a) Select the required plan
Different Plans:
Backup Plan
Archive Plan
For more detail on the plans, please contact sales@manageprotect.com
b) Input First Name, Last Name, Email address, Plan, Organisation Name.
If you wish to manually select the users to backup, please disable the "Auto License" Feature. This will backup all licensed and unlicensed mailboxes.
4. Save
5. Once account has been created, you can then proceed to Integrate it with Integrate with Microsoft, Google, Exchange.
