Guardz Billing Guidelines

Internal Use Licences (IUL):

• Guardz Professional IUL — available on all Guardz Professional plans as a Community licence.
  
  
• Guardz Ultimate IUL — available in specific circumstances for eligible partners. Contact your Partner Manager to discuss options.

Additional Policies:

• Not For Profit (NFP) / Education Pricing: Available, subject to approval based on customer eligibility. Contact your Partner Manager to apply.
  
  
• Trials run from the date of provision until the last business day of the month. Notify Manage Protect before then to avoid billing into the next month.
  
  
• Accounts marked "active" in the portal are billed from the start of the month.
  
  
• Shared mailboxes are free of charge.
  
  
• Guardz Ultimate & Guardz Professional are billed on a per-user basis.
