Artificial Intelligence (AI) Acceptable Use Policy Template

  • This policy template serves as a foundation for ensuring that all interactions with AI technology are conducted in a manner that is both ethical and compliant with existing laws and regulations. As a template, it is designed to be customized by organizations to accurately reflect their specific operations and desired uses of AI technology.
  • The template is available to Partner Admins, Manager Admins, and Managers within your clients’ organizations.
  • The template can be found by selecting a client or navigating to the "My Company" section on the platform. It is located under the Documents tab, accessible by choosing "Templates" from the drop-down menu.


Updated Client Report

  • New Product Column: We've introduced a product column to the Client Report to display the client’s account type, making it easier to view account details.
  • Enhanced Readability: We have also revised the column names to improve readability.


Various Fixes to Improve Stability, Scalability, and Security

  • The MPaware team has been diligently executing backend updates to enhance your platform experience, as well as that of your users.

Control Panel Version 6.35.8.9

  • In the “User Panel” tab under “Customization”, administrators can now allow or deny their users from editing their basic data and passwords in the User Panel.

Audit Log Now Available for All Backup Users

  • Introducing an audit log feature for Backup users across all regions. Users can track all actions within the backup system to ensure transparency and security in backup configurations and operations.
    • For email Backup and Archiving, the Audit Log shows the following: 

      •  User Activity Log:

        • This shows all logs related to messages or files – for example, Download, restore, migrate, etc.
      • Messages & File Audit Log: 

        • This shows all user activities, such as Adding an email account, creating a retention policy, etc.
      • System Activity Log: 
        • This shows all system notifications sent. 
    • Who gets access to the Audit Log? 

      • Full Admin, Group Supervisor, and all Reviewe

    • How do I find the Audit Log Page


      1. Log in to the Dropsuite End-User Portal

      2. Navigate to the left side of the page, then click the Audit Log Menu

      3. The system will redirect you to the new Audit Log page
        To get more information about the Audit Log, click the "?" button next to the page title.  A brief FAQ is shown on the right slider

    • Audit Log Page Overview.
      • Search Log Tab: Search by various activities, including messages & files, users, and system activities
      • Download List Tab: Contains links for exporting data once an export is performed


Long-running backup email notification improvements

  • You now have the ability to configure email notifications for long-running backups, providing greater control over monitoring and management
    • What is a long-running backup?
      • A long-running backup refers to a condition where the backup process extends beyond the typical timeframe, typically more than 24 hours.
    • Is this a new email notification?
      • No, this feature was initially implemented in March 2024. In this release, we have enhanced it by adding a configurable option for partners to easily enable or disable these notifications.
    • Where can partners configure this?
      • This configuration is available on the User Management page under General Notifications.




    • Why do some of the partner users not have a configuration?
      • This limitation is related to role accessibility. Only users with owner and super admin roles have the capability to configure these notifications.

CSV Export for Issue Details:

  • You can now easily export detailed information for each issue, including all detections, to a CSV file. This is perfect for sharing with members who don't have direct access to the system.


Security Business Review - Printable Version:

  • The Security Business Review is now available in its white and printable version.
  • You can access it by navigating to: Reports -> Security Business Review -> Report History.
  • This option is available for newly generated reports.
