Request to Provision an Avanan Partner account

Description

This article will cover MSP portal provisioning for MPmail - Avanan. This is the portal you, the partner, will use to manage your customers (i.e. tenants).

Requirements

We will need some basic details sent to provisioning@manageprotect.com for us to create your portal. 

Email address for the main administrator. This account will be used to administer your customers.

The Process

1. Partner emails provisioning@manageprotect.com making sure to include the portal administrator email address.
2. Manage Protect will generate the account credentials with the platform team.
3. Manage Protect will advise via the provisioning ticket the portal credentials as well as other details to get you started.

Notes

The Avanan portal URL https://portal.avanan.net/ this will allow you to manage your customer tenancies.
